Question 1

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

Our services are priced per user, per month. Managed IT typically runs $125–$200 per user depending on your security and compliance needs, and adding 24/7 managed detection and response (SOC) brings it to about $225 per user. Servers, network equipment and one-time projects are quoted separately, and every quote is fixed and itemized before you sign.

Question 2

What is included in your monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

Our per-user price includes all of the tools we use to support and protect you, so there are no separate charges for security, monitoring or management software. It covers unlimited helpdesk support, 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity protection, patch management and updates, backup and recovery, and reporting and account management.

Question 3

Do you charge per user or per device?

Accepted Answer

We primarily charge per user to ensure each employee is fully supported and protected across all their devices.

Question 4

Are there long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible agreements and focus on earning your business through service, not by locking you into long-term contracts.

Question 5

Is there an onboarding fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A one-time onboarding fee, typically equal to one month of service, covers setup, security alignment, documentation, and system configuration.

Question 6

Are there any hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

Question 7

Do you offer a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, we'll make it right or refund your first month.
